How to commission a piece
This is how to commission a Pet Portrait. However I will also draw wildlife on commission if requested. For this I will use reference photos online that are available for Artist's use.
First
Get in contact to discuss sizes and requirements. You can do this on here through the contact us button, WhatsApp me or through Facebook.
I can also tell you my availability and when you would be likely to receive your Portrait.
Second
Once you have decided on size, I will ask you to send me, through the same contact ways, the best clear photos you have of the pet. The better the photo the more detail I can capture. For example the photo above is the reference photo I used for the portrait on my home page. This was my first labrador Holly.
I will then ask you to pay a non refundable 25% deposit either PayPal or BACS, your choice. Once this has been received if I am not already working on a piece I will start the work. However if I am I will let you now as to when I will start.
Third
Once the work has been started I will keep you updated with Work in Progress photos. I will ask if I can share on here and my social media pages, however if it is a surprise for someone that I won't share until the recipient has their lovely gift.
Once completed and you are satisfied I will then ask for the final balance to be paid. On receipt of this I will mount the picture and send it on it's way to you.
